Amazing, again straight to favourites. A great class for when you want to move in a slower and focussed way but are not necessarily in the mood for something like yoga or a stretch flow. Thank you

Added straight to favourites! I loved the new twists to familiar moves, it was a great way to start the new year feeling energised in body and mind. I like to have some classes where I am mostly standing and don't spend too much time on the floor and this is amazing for this. Other times I love to stretch on the floor for the whole session so it depends how I feel on the day!

Thank you for sharing, you are very strong and deserve every happiness in the new chapter of your life. You are so right about all types of love, it is something I feel we recognise more as we get older and grow in life and it is so important to see all of the love and celebrate it. Have a wonderful wedding day and show us photos! Xx

It is wonderful to see Nala. My boyfriend's family had exactly the same breed of dog and she was called Nala too! She sadly passed in August after 11 wonderful years and so it meant a lot to see this photo of another Nala bringing joy to her family

I love to roast them in the oven, I cut them into small and long shapes, like thick chips/fries and then toss them in olive oil, salt and sometimes some cayenne pepper or paprika. Then put them on a tray into the oven at about gas mark 6 or 7 in the uk (I am not sure of electric oven heat sorry) and occasionally turn them over so they don't stick. They take 30-40 mins usually and are delicious!!

I agree that peaches are delicious and I also love nectarines and raapberries and blackberries. I recently got into grapefruit which I used to hate. For veg I like brocoli but I also love root veg like parsnips and turnips too. Enjoy trying something new!
