I have been off it for 7 years and haven’t looked back. I almost contemplated signing back up just for M/Body but have just decided to live with the FOMO 😂

I did this live with my 7 year old daughter. It was challenging , but so much fun - we ended up lying on the floor full blown belly laughing more than once. She was thrilled at the shout out and I could not have asked for a more perfect meditation to share with her. She has been down lately because we have been stuck at home - your words were exactly what she needed to hear to boost her confidence and self- love. Thank you for creating this moment for us. So much love for the M/Body fam 💖

This is exactly what I needed today. I had a really bad tension headache and shoulder/neck pain from sitting all day. This fixed everything and I am so happy I didn’t skip a workout!

I so needed this after sitting and staring at a computer screen all day! Marnie, you continue to amaze and inspire - so far I have done 15 M/Body workouts in 2022 and I feel alive!

Every video I try, I’m like “ooh this is my new favourite!” This one did not disappoint - loved the ballet choreo with the hip hop and the lower impact was what I needed today.
