I have been easing my way back into longer workouts after a flare up of chronic hip pain. I was looking for something that wasn't bouncy but still brought some heat. So glad I revisited this one - reminds me of all the reasons I love this platform, in every way.

So much fun - loved the playlist (hello singing at the top of my lungs to Natalie Imbruglia). This one is great if you don't have the energy for jumps but need a pick-me-up. I was feeling blah, but now feel great.

I finished 49 workouts and 29 wellness challenge activities. My goal was to go for 60, but life happens! I had a great time doing the challenge with you all. Can’t wait for the next one!
