I am so proud of myself for doing this one today. I remember this one came out not long after I started and I was afraid that "no equipment" and "sweat" meant lots of planks, push ups and jumps, so I avoided it - for a year and a half! Was it challenging? Yes. Did I take breaks? Yes! But I did nearly every jump and surprised myself by LOVING the plank series. I have come so far in 18 months and feel stronger than ever.

This is such a wonderful surprise add on stretch flow! It was exactly what I needed after a stressful day. I have a feeling I will be adding this on to my evening workouts frequently. Also completely agree with Monique's comments below - I am not brave enough to post to my IG stories, but feel so graceful doing that plank move!

Yes! My butt was so sore! Totally agree that we must’ve hit some different muscles with this one.

I would add today’s live to this list - Grounded Sweat/ 277. This was the most challenging one I have done in awhile.
