Loved it! And LOVE the new Beyonce song so much (all form went out the window on that one). My favourite classes tend to be the ones that incorporate weights at the barre (so so good). 

Revisited this one tonight and loved it so much! My favourite part is when Marnie says - "Yes, this is a Mother's Day song"!" Love the mix of cardio bursts, knock out sweat, sculpt and gooey flow. Reminder to myself to put this one on repeat. 

Loved this so much it makes me want to go out and buy ballet shoes. 

Proof that you don't need impact to get a serious sweat. This was challenging, yet grounding. Adding to my (long list of) favourites!

Wow - so much room for growth in this class. What a beautiful and challenging flow! Make sure you give yourself enough space. I did this in my dad’s tiny spare bedroom and kicked everything in the room (bed, door, bookshelf, side table - lol). Can’t wait to do this one again in my spacious living room!
