Second time doing this one and adding to my favourites - this is truly a healing hips class. Both of my hips have been giving me grief (in completely different ways) and this class has brought them back to life.

Yes, me too!!! Have been doing heavier weights workouts 3x a week and would love more M/body options in the mix!
