Wow - so much room for growth in this class. What a beautiful and challenging flow! Make sure you give yourself enough space. I did this in my dadโ€™s tiny spare bedroom and kicked everything in the room (bed, door, bookshelf, side table - lol). Canโ€™t wait to do this one again in my spacious living room!

Low impact sculpt - loved the slow jams class and loving the heavier weight options!

Would love a 45 minute floor/flow class.

And, another 90โ€™s hip hop/R&B ballet barre class.

Perfect class if you are short on time but want to get sweaty. Make sure you have space for kicks!
