I remember struggling with this one when I first started 3.5 months ago - so happy I revisited it in the challenge because now I can keep up! I feel so much stronger and so much more connected. 💙💛
So fun! My ball was flying all over the room while I was trying to keep up with the choreography! Definitely will be coming back to this one.

This was the PERFECT one to do in this space. Loved healing hips so much I will be coming back to this over and over again! I have a chronic hip injury and this was incredibly healing.

I LOVE these goals! And I feel the same way about planks - I am feeling my body getting stronger though. I can do more than I could a few months ago and find when I focus on that, the dread eases. You got this!
