This may just be the perfect workout - the weight, barre and ab series are magical! So happy to have done this one on my 6 month anniversary of M/Body. The change and growth I have experienced on this journey is hard to put into words. To put simply, I feel more myself than I have in years. I am so grateful to Marnie and the M/body fam who have taught me so much about self love and acceptance. I love you all!!
