I can never make Wednesday because I am at work but I love the 10am Saturday time. It is sanctioned M/body time in my house :)

I was sooo happy when The Fugees came on!

Amazing list. Playlist done! Return of the Mack - sooo good!

The Fugees! Ready or Not would be so good. Okay I will have to stop or I could go on and on

Freedom - Beyoncé ft. Kendrick Lamar, Everything is Everything- Lauryn Hill, You Got Me - The Roots and Erykah Badu … this list could get really long!

I have the Booty Kicker and love it. I am 5.10” however (I find it a little bit short for me but can make it work). The height is not adjustable.

I loved every thing about this class - killer combos to keep my brain working, option for heavier weights and, of course, our Queen Rihanna! A perfect antidote to a stressful day - can't wait to do this one again!

So proud of you Beata! This is amazing!

Leah - you are amazing! Honestly those are two things that niggled the back of my mind. I almost hit the trigger, but the USD to CAD conversion squashed my dreams. Hopefully in the future I can make an IRL class and make those in person connections. I am so thrilled that you are going - you so deserve this!

Couldn’t make the live because there was too much going on at home. So glad I took the time for myself to do this one this evening. Loved everything about it - the weight series, choreo at the bar and floor series were so so good. I almost didn’t do this tonight because it has been about a month since I have been able to do a 60 minute and was doubting my strength - then Marnie reminded me that I am worth fighting for. Was exactly what I needed to hear xoxo
