Amazing Sheila! I find 9pm is my ideal workout time - it is nice and quiet in the house. I use my dad's kitchen counter as a barre when I am at his house :)

So happy to be back on the mat with the fam. I tried some different movement over the holidays - not enough warm up and stretching involved and it reactivated a chronic hip injury. I have been in so much pain but feel so much better and looser after doing this today. This really goes to show how well designed this movement is - so much thought goes into the interconnectedness of our bodies. I have been pain free for over a year since doing this regularly and this was a good reminder that M/Body is what my body (and my mind!) needs. Here's to another year together! xo

I started doing this during the spring challenge last year and have done it every day since! I find it helps wake me up and gives me a hydration boost first thing before my morning coffee.

I love this so much Molly! And M/93 might be my all time favourite class. My mind and body have come so far after doing this for a year. All the best in 2023 :)

I did this one again on Boxing Day (seemed fitting). It brings so much joy and power at the same time. And it helped me relieve stress of family holiday drama.
