Everything I’ve read about the menopause transition indicates less cardio and more walking and weight training. I’ve been modifying Mbody classes to be lower impact, and doing more floor classes to builld strength. How necessary is heavy weight training at a gym?

Hi Caroline! In past classes or live chats, Marnie has said to pick and go and do not spend a lot of time thiniking about it. The workouts are designed to integrate with each other and following your mood and energy level is perfect. That being said, if you want to be more deliberate, do it! I’ve previously done an arms class weekly or healing hips weekly. Lately I’ve been incorporating a 45 min class during the week. You cant go wrong. :)

The sculpt and stretch classes are always sweatier than I anticipcate. 😂 This has a great message for anyone who has had a tough year as this class was one year into the pandemic. Oh the possibilities! Look where we are now!

I have had 2 no sugar days and 3 low sugar days. My focus is less, so I’m doing okay! This week is spring break and we’re are traveling so we’ll see how things go!

I want to say yes. But I love baking. I would be able to be successful at lessening my intake. Like 3 days/week of no added sugar.
