Hi Fam!

Thinking of you all, today. Did a class today at 10 a.m. PDT because it just seemed like the right thing. Definitely missed the live connection, but still felt the M/BODY love and positivity. Sending both to you, fam! ❤️

Great to hear, Nicole! I’m sticking with the apple almost everyday. I’m on track to finish 45 as well. 2 more workouts to go for me. It’s my first challenge and I’m enjoying it!

I’m playing catch up too, Marisol. Family life was full for me over the weekend. Feels good to be flexible though - reminds me that life is often about balance of priorities. High fives!
