This was a great way to recover from a weekend of yard work and moving boxes. I think Rochelle mentioned something about recovery from yard work too! Also, relieved my menstrual cramps - perfection for today! Thank you!

You know what’s ironic? I almost didn’t respond here because of negative self talk. I was like, “No. You don’t really have anything valuable to say here.” Then I caught myself and smiled and said, “Wait a minute. That’s just BS.
