I always set out my workout clothes the night before. I agree with the “don’t think, just do” method. I also think of Marnie saying, “All you have to do is show up to the mat. We’ve got you from there.” (Or something like that…) I have never regretted getting up at 5 to workout. I do allow myself to sleep an extra hour here and there if I am feeling quite tired. It’s okay to rest - grace and flexibility…

Mine was the same with the naps. It was hard to slow down then, but now I look back with such joy and gratitude for those sweet hours.
