I agree. I love the 60 minute classes. Awesome to hear they allow you to really move into the dances, stretches, etc. I want to find a way to fit the 60 minute workouts into my morning routine. So far I am only fitting the 45’s.
Hope your Spring Break comes soon, and that it is really refreshing. As a parent, I send much gratitude to you for all the energy and love you put in to your work.
Just found out today that I can do crow pose. I think all the M/BODY workouts have made me stronger and more connected to my body. So empowering! And thanks to my 5 year old for helping me discover I can do this!
