Yes. The floor work was amazing! This work out was one of those times when I realized how much stronger I am than I was before starting M/BODY. So grateful to be able to move and dance with Marnie and the global fam!

Oops. Somehow double commented. I also wanted to mention that I personally was not able to do the plank and push-up class because of a chronic shoulder problem. Hoping to do it when my shoulder is feeling better…Hope you all are doing well!!

Hi Danni! I was just hopping on to post that I enjoyed the sequence of workouts in the challenge this week. I had a busy week and the length of each session and intensity overall were just right for me. Feeling strong and excited for Saturday’s class!

Phew! Good for you for taking on the challenge, Dani! The other day that’s how I felt with some of the ab work. I just did the best I could and stuck with the options that felt best. I have to skip the plank and push-up class due to my shoulder flaring up…
