I don’t actually use IG. Maybe via Facebook? I use Facebook Messenger to connect with friends. Would that work?

This was truly meaningful and healing meditation for me. I will be returning to this one, for sure. Especially as I face unknowns and upcoming transitions. Thank you, Marnie and team!

I really enjoyed the gentle flow and calming vibe of this stretch session. Just what I needed to start my day.

I’m playing catch up too, Marisol. Family life was full for me over the weekend. Feels good to be flexible though - reminds me that life is often about balance of priorities. High fives!

Amanda, this is so real and relatable. I know I struggle with thinking I should be able to do all the things at full capacity, at all times. I’ve been working on letting go of that expectation of myself. What I do to strengthen my rational side is to use a tool that I learned from a Life Coach named Natalie Hoffman. The model is CTFAR. Circumstance (whatever the circumstance that I find myself in). Thought (my belief about the circumstance). Feeling or Emotion (that stems from my thought). Action (what I do when driven by the emotion). Result (result of my actions). I journal, talk or think this model out. The cool thing is that though we can’t always change our circumstances, we can change our beliefs about them which impacts everything else.It helps me!
