So sorry you are in pain. No fun. I’ve never had tennis elbow, but I have had “mom thumb” which was really painful. Those little babies love to be held, but it can take a toll on the care givers! I echo Jessica - maybe a chiropractor or sports med doctor would be the best to assist. Wishing you speedy recovery.

This was a challenging and efficient class. I like ending with the glute lifts to rebalance after an ab series. Great playlist too!

I agree with Marisol. You’re not alone. I am on a long hard journey regarding my family of origin. A book I found very helpful is titled “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents.” Hugs to you.
