Hi Alice! Welcome! To answer your questions, my strength and especially core have improved, also my balance. My legs and rear are strong. I started M/BODY in hopes of relieving chronic back and hip problems - it’s working! I’m well and happy! I do about 5 to 6 days per week, one of them being a recovery or stretch class. Mostly 20-30 minute sessions during the week. On the weekends I try to get a 60 minute class in. I would check with Marnie on ankle weights. I’ve never used them. I do recommend working out barefoot if possible. Have fun!

Leah, you are so thoughtful and encouraging. So happy for all who get to gather in Italy. I’ll have to wait for a more local retreat opportunity that fits my budget. But, I echo your thoughts of wanting to meet people in person! Enjoy!

A wonderful class - felt classic and empowering. Loved the playlist and the challenges. I actually managed to do most of the ab series, and had a nice adjustment of my spine too. Lovely way to love myself this Valentines weekend. Happy Palentine's Day, Fam!

P.S. The diameter is about 7 inches…

Hi Julie! My regular (not mini or micro) M/BODY specific movement ball is 22 inches (56 centimeters) in circumference. I suppose that could vary some based on how much a person inflates the ball. One thing about the M/BODY ball: it’s not as squishy as some other Pilates style balls I’ve used. Hope that helps!

I enjoyed the slow and deliberate pace of this class. My arms feel activated, my spine aligned, hips opened. Just what I needed!

Beautiful!

A very good use of space! 👍🏼🙂

I really appreciate you sharing this. Resonates with me too. ❤️

Nice set up!! 👍🏼
