This is literally what the doctor ordered! Just got back from a rheumatologist appointment. He and I agreed that building strength and stability is my current treatment goal. Enjoyed the flow and challenge today. I will keep doing this and so grateful for the theme this month!

Update: Did the Showgirl class with my friend today. We had a great time!
