This felt really graceful. Graceful and super sweaty! I loved the slow moments to really focus on that stretch but also building strength! I think the music too kept my nervous system calm. I didn’t feel that “go go go” felt more of the “stay, stretch, sweat”. Love it! Coming back for sure!!❤️🙌🏽🧘‍♀️

Hi sweet fam! This is the first challenge since starting challenges where I am actually not committing and it’s so so hard as my body craves it! I also struggle with feeling like I “should” be doing it, but I know I can’t do it all right now! The only reason I’m not and feel like i’ll end up doing probably just half the workouts is because I’m working on training for my first half marathon since I was in my 20s! I wanted to share though how grateful I am to M/BODY because I feel like doing it for almost 3 years now my body is actually more equipped to run! I’ve been trying to look up stretches to support my late 30s knees/hips and I keep seeing moves we already do! This gives me hope that maybe I am coming into this with more than I though I had! M/BODY supports our body so so much and it will be my go to for cross training! Happy challenge all! Sending all the love and kick ass vibes! Our bodies are amazing may we always keep seeing this!🥰🔥💃🏻 Also any half marathon tips greatly appreciated! One of my biggest fears at this time is what if I need to use a restroom and there aren’t any during the run 😂?! All tips appreciated! 💛

So much of this! I got reminders to meet myself with compassion and to remember there is so much yet to experience. Also, this workout totally proved to me that 20 mins can offer the body so much! I sometimes doubt that it’s enough but gosh darn it, it is!! Thanks so much for the sweat that poured and my heart that opened!

Okay this was a whole different challenge. My balance was challenged, muscles shook in stillness, sweat dripped as muscles shaked. I felt that intense gripping to remained balance and then when it was all done my body felt incredibly light and loose. Brilliant combos! Badass ballerina all the way!

This is absolutely beautiful! Amanda, the way you express self and show up in this world and amazing!❤️

Something new happened during this workout! I noticed that sometimes I’m doing the work but can be a bit outside my body. Today I was really in this body and I felt it. I was more sensitive to how I needed to shape my personal body in order to feel that inner thigh sensation. I believe I hold lot in these hips and thighs and many of times in these area I am thinking of getting through verses feeling. Today I felt it, felt me, it was really something. Hard to put into words, but as I write this I feel some emotion coming through. Thank you for this!

M/Body makes me feel free. A place to show up and honor my body as is and meet the strength I sometimes forget is there. Sometimes I get to be silly, sometimes still, and always 100% me. I show up for all the parts of me and I show up so I can keep caring for those I love. It’s where we always leap towards ourself and towards the light! Forever grateful. Movement should be joyful and M/Body is just that!

This was beyond challenging one that I will come back to to keep getting stronger!! At some points I was like “holy crap, look what I can do” and other times I was “ okay it’s okay body we are not there yet” practice of both being gentle with self and also challenging what we are capable of!!
