60 day challenge complete!! Did all the days though I can’t get it shown in the picture! This challenge was a challenge. I have never been more creative with where I have done M/Body…all over outside, on vacation, on a deck looking out to a lake, family’s homes. It was a time to tune in though and because of that I made it happen! Loved it! I will say I started paying less attention to the activity of the day which tells me this is where my challenge is. I can commit to movement but time and care for self is harder. This is where my focus needs to be now. Really taking time to slow down and be mindful. Healing is a forever journey. I’m happy what i gained with this challenge! ❤️👊🏼🧘‍♀️

I notice that I often cross my arms as though I’m trying to either hide my body or maybe protect myself. I also do not have great posture and I notice I kind of cave/hunch into myself. My goal this week is to try and stay open, uncross my arms when I catch myself and keep my chin up, heart to the light💛😊

Yay summer challenge!

My goals for this challenge:

  1. Each day do some form of meditation, even just paying attention to my breath. I need more calm in my life and slowing down is harder for me. So maybe just some slowing down all around would be good.

  2. Complete 60 days of the challenge but to be kind to myself and listen to my body, being flexible with myself and not always doing impact because my mind says “it’s better” or doing a shorter workout if that’s what my body needs. Resting on actual rest days.

  3. Being intentional about seeing good things, calm things, peaceful things, funny things, and living in those moments.

I enjoy the benefits of all M/body does for my body and I’m going to be more mindful of what I let it offer my mind and heart. ❤️ Much love fam!!

Holy sweat!! I was dripping with sweat and feel so strong and cleansed! Lots of play, dancing to footloose, what else could you want?!? So fun!
