Mantra

Favorite M/Body mantras: Of course one is “Be in the light.” I also love “We bend so we don’t break.” Also, it’s doesn’t matter how fast we’re going if you’re going in the wrong direction.”

And apart from M/Body the mantra that has stuck with me forever is by Rumi and is “what you seek is seeking you.”

I’m so excited! I’m going to shoot for 60 days, but may end up being more 5 days a week and plan to be kind to myself about it! I have taken a bit of a break from M/BODY, been walking more which is also healing but so ready to get back in the groove and do this with all of you! ❤️❤️
