Completely agree!! Swap them out and listen to your body. Syncing your movement choices with your cycle is so important. It really helps with the shoulds, the inner critic, and builds intuition and self trust. With you on this 100%

The belief that anxiety is shameful, bad, or an indication of my abilities. Anxiety is a reaction within me and my body’s attempt to warn and regulate. I can feel, I can listen, and I can validate; I can soothe and let go.
