Hi! Definitely have your doctor refer you to a pelvic floor physical therapist. They can answer these questions and guide you through safe strengthening exercises. My sister experienced this after her second child and the PF PT was all she needed.

I love this class!! The cardio dance is the bouncy joyful kind that I rewound to do it twice (so good!). The playlist has some amazing throw backs and such a fantastic balance of light and hard and sweaty and sculpty. So good!
