What a fantastic full body class! It has all the things essential to M/BODY; cardio dance, punches!, hip circles, floor glutes, killer beats for mood boost, and resounding words. Bonus vagus nerve talk had me geeking out too. Thank you for allowing us to participate in the class in this way! Missing the fam for sure ๐Ÿ˜˜

This class!! Pure energetic joy. Dance cardio x2 and choreo brain work that starts with warm up and doesnโ€™t stop. The 80-90s playlist makes you want to play and your legs will be straight fire. Loved it ๐Ÿคฉ

Obsessed. No impact, so fiery, so graceful. The playlist and Marnieโ€™s words kept me smiling. The mood kept me calm, confident, and strong.

Oh Claudia โค๏ธ I relate very much. My recommendations for recovery are to sleep as much as you can;!recommendations Iโ€™ve gotten that helped are to take ibuprofen to support reducing inflammation, the virus leads to inflammation especially in the brain leading to headaches, brain fog and awfulness (my friend is an RN); take zinc and vitamin d. I fully stand behind bone broth, epsom salt baths, tea, water,!and eating even though your fatigue is overwhelming and your appetite is gone. Smoothies are great for this.
