Spindrift, Fever -Tree ginger beer, iced matcha lattes, and Four Sigma relish Cacao hot are some of my faves. My husband loves to puréed frozen fruit and jalapeño and add seltzer or ginger beer.

So sweet Cass, love that girl with all the snuggles
I have the Adagio Barre, bought on Amazon and it works great. Not perfect but I love the ability to lower and raise the barres (it has two) and that it is light so I can move it for each side and to face front while I take classes.

This is a new favorite for sure. Invigorating and calming at the same time (how do you do that Marnie?!) This class is plank filled without feeling over burdened due to the changes in positioning and focus on dancing form. The side plank dance is new, and challenging in its newness, and I loved it.

I love this class!Cardio dance is so fun and followed by predictable 3x16 jumps and side lunge series. Standing barre ball work and wide second for legs and glutes plus floor glutes, which is always a fave of mine. I love variety! Marnie throws in a killer plank dance in orange that you CAN push through and will love. Come back to this class!

Okay, she’s not sleeping, but Eli is sleeping and she was about to very soon. This was my salty girl after the ocean this summer. We miss you Ellie 💛

This class has a super fun warm up with cardio dance before it moves into a short weight series and barre and floor legs and glutes. Absolutely loved the 4 counts during cardio dance and wanted it to go for many more rounds, so fun! The plank dance in orange is unique, graceful and such a good shoulder strengthener. This class includes longer explanations and focus on learning and specifics that benefit all members no matter how long they have been taking classes. With that comes some serious leg burning fire, hello 4 sets of 8 🔥

Bouncing dancing joy and a reminder that we are not robots. That food, rest, stress, grief -all of it- effects our experience with movement. Trying to listen to this body and not doing so hot sometimes but always trying. I will definitely come back to this class when I am feeling energized and joyful because this class harnesses that if you can let it.

I did this class again, about a month after the live and it felt like a new class. Nothing changed; I’m still me, I’m still taking care of my body, I’m still sleeping, I’m still eating and drinking and living. But the second time instead of feeling defeated by challenges and having negative thoughts about my body that made it almost impossible to enjoy the new choreography, I felt great. I encourage all to do the class that brought up the negative feels or you cursed yourself throughout and do it again. Or do it again after a good nights sleep or a rest day. Give yourself a second chance. You will feel better.

I have done this class many times. It was my go to when I started M/BODY for the days I needed grounding floor work and focus on form rather than accessing bouncing energy. It is orange at its very best. Plus there is an epic Matt Hayes shout out that you will need to lower your earbud volume for because Marnie cannot contain her love 😂
