There’s something magical about this class. It’s ballet bliss for sure, so calming. True sweat with no bounce. All standing barre work, minimal wide second, mid class full barre stretch and floor abs to close.

This class is a tribute to endurance and anaerobic sculpt. That shoulder series, that leg/glute series, that ab series!! 🔥As an exclusive M/BODY class taker, I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the varying and new choreography. My brain and body crave novelty, and also the consistency and stability of this method. Balance, right? Thank you M and team, for always working to deliver. It was felt and oh so appreciated!
