There is something extra special about this class! The energy and moves are so fun and unique with lots of variety and shorter holds. It’s a leg and booty class too, the first half is standing, second is floor glutes and brief on your back abs. A little bit of everything and so much joy 🤩

I absolutely loved the unique choreo combos in this class for wide second (lunge and arabesque combos LOVE) barre and floor glutes (ball under the knee 😍) and also for abs. Those elegant v and c up holds with small leg movements are so powerful and immediately brain engaging. Then there is the community curated playlist and the energy of Marnie..so freaking good.

Hi Debora! If you’re feeling up to it (I do the same, try a stretch class when I am having less symptoms/starting to recover and I know within minutes if it’s right or wrong, hello dizziness etc) my faves are Healing Hips 159 and Deep Hip Stretch 214. I also love the newest Healing Hips 307 with the meditation, but know it’s a little more dynamic movements. The two Strap Stretch classes 187 and 132 are great as well, the prop brings focus. I would recommend saving Recovery Flow/180 for when you are feeling better. While it is a great class, it is pretty heating with some more challenging leg lifts, which can feel intense on sick days.

Good luck taking care of yourself with your two sweet girls, minis and mama sickness are no joke (😑🤪😅)

So good I came back to it 3 days later (the time it took for my inner thighs to stop feeling it from round 1 lol). It’s even better the 2nd time. Love this class!

I couldn’t be more proud of you Kady; letting yourself be seen. The hardest most important work is showing up and we can’t show up if we hide parts (external or internal). Thank you for trusting us with precious you! xxoo

I am always a fan of props!! The brain work required combined with the physical work helps me with endurance, adds mental challenge of accepting learning and letting go of perfection (how do we know how to do something if we’ve never done it before? #Marniewisdom), and for me adds fun, which is something I am working to allow and seek.

So short answer, yes!! (Do I know how to do a short answer?! 😆)

This is such a unique, effective, and strengthening class! I loved the new choreo and the use of the prop meant extra brain work. I love the distraction this brings from the physical and mental endurance; distraction with a purpose like only M/BODY can bring. (Thank you for sneaking that second inner thigh leg lift series into the catalog, and so seamlessly!)

There’s no missing leg! The marvelousness that is the M/BODY team made sure to refilm and edited the second inner thigh leg lifts in. Dance freely loves, you will be equally stong and sore 🔥😆

This is an excellent cardio and brain workout! So many series with punches and kicks, ups and downs, extra cardio bursts thrown in between sets to make sure your heart rate stays elevated. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bouncy class full of self motivated (and found) power

What a happy time! Thank you for the perspective on October. Living in Maine, October means the start of cold and my summer loving body struggles with the transition. I will channel my inner celebrating Chantale and remind myself of balance and gratitude. Happy celebrations to you!
