I did some digging and I think I found no - to very easily avoidable if I missed it - wide second classes. <30 Sculpt 94, Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 224 and 168, Barre Sweat 218 and 138. <20 Booty and Back 163, Barre Sculpt 130abd 136, Floor Core 73. Plus any of the <20 Ab and Floor Flow classes I believe!

This class has super unique moves and order. Joyful extra salsa-esque dance and as our sweet Beata says so many hip circles, and some serious burn in wide second and parallel and first (you’ve been warned). No traditional parallel or side lunges but instead stretchy burney standing split series. No weights, no push-ups. Somehow we get to do floor glutes AND a quickly killer standing barre series.

Hi Emily! I just did a class that had no turnout at all, she even mentions it, all parallel work. However, it is an impact class and a 60min sig #33

I have no idea why this class doesn’t have more comments! It was the celebration class for the very first 60 day challenge. Hammer time, extra cardio burst moves, killer barre work AND floor glutes. The entire class was done parallel, so refreshing (aka relieving to those classes that activate during wide second as this class had no turn out). Classic signature at its best!

Love it! I have a low energy playlist that I’m happy to share if you’re interested. Posture Perfect is definitely on it 😊

So fun Kristina! I traveled solo to NYC and TX this year (sounds small but they were my first true solo vacations!). I’ve never been out off the country and am excited for you!

I revisited this one PP 202 today and forgot how grounding it is! So calming even with weights and lunges. Thanks for the reminder ☺️

This class started with unique choreo for cardio dance and lighter impact, loved the variations! Then elongated weight series, where for the second time in a class on the catalog, Marnie supports the option to go to 5lbs, and down to lighter for other portions of class. I loved the focus on safety and individual needs for this. The plank dance was SO good, and closing with effective simple abs was perfect.

Booty and Back 115 is a great lower energy one with flows and different sequencing. Dancers Core 155 and Booty and Back 163 are unique and flowy. Any of the shorter low impact classes, especially barre focused are my go to for less energy and endurance. Or the fun 20-30min cardio dances like 240 or <20 Standing Core Dance. Or if you have a favorite body part to work choose a focus class! Love arms, or stretch, or true leg burn, go for those. You can’t go wrong! Are you on IG? I can send my Ballerina Badassery playlist. All of the ballet inspired classes are faves of mine, especially on days where energy is low and bouncing feels like a lot ☺️
