I did this at the end of a heavy emotional day, lying down, feeling the racing thoughts and feelings associated with them. I hit play.

Instantly smiled seeing pups, pillows, and sweats. Felt calm hearing Marnie’s voice. Grounded myself with the guided breath work, imagery, and recitations.

Getting my mind and body to slow down and connect is not a strength of mine; but one that I am increasing with this platform. Thank you for adding another tool to do that. Bite size mediations are my sweet spot 💛✨

This is a very unique healing hips class. As Marnie identifies in the beginning of class, it is a dancey hips class. She explains in the end that it is different from previous classes in that it was intentionally more dynamic in flow and why.

The standing series was orangey and novel (and moves reappear in Ab Sculpt/388 if you loved it) with balance work and the floor flow series in the second half of class were chefs kiss (or yogis kiss?!) amazing.

I always love a chair dance! This one engages your brain with brand new choreography and has a wonderful balance of strength building (hello ankle weights upping the ante) with all standing, a stand to floor combo, and on your back glute bridges with the chair AND your ball. So unique!

What a special class! I love the summaries below and can relate to finding that joy with ballet class and shape making that Caroline articulated so well. The props engaged the brain, the muscles, and the urge to play. So good!!

Oh love, I am so sorry for your loss. I encourage you to listen to whatever class you are driven towards. If it’s slower and grounded, fast paced and weight filled, bouncy and dancey, whatever leaves you feeling fulfilled, it is the right one. Grief is unique and how we navigate it is as well. Whatever movement you choose will help, guaranteed.

If anyone is massively type A (hi, it’s me) and wants to do the series for each leg in the same sequence, the timing is to stop and rewind at 26:56 to min 14-15:30, do that fabulous leg over the chair tap series on the second leg, and then go back to minute 26:56 to finish that leg.

Absolutely loved that series and all of the brain work in this class. I cannot even fathom how much Marnie has to hold in her head all while cueing and cheering and moving AND navigating a live class. Goddess Marnie, you are a goddess. We bow to you!!
