Oh my gosh, I had freestyle dance along, sing along FUN. For anyone that knows me, that is what I need to work on the most. Seems obvious, who doesn’t like fun?! I love fun. But letting myself have it while working out? That’s my opportunity for growth. Thanks M and LP 😘
