Congratulations Lissi! My son is turning 10yo old this week, my memory is fainter on specifics, but I do know that first trimester was exhausting and am sending love. Energy and aches and all of the things ebb and flow and vary throughout, the symptoms you’re likely experiencing now will improve!
I have no movement advice from experience, I found movement postpartum and then M/BODY just 3yrs ago. I wish I had M/BODY before and during pregnancy! It’s such an incredible full body strengthening program, perfect for preparing the body for pregnancy and supporting it after (as Jesse said, non expert here, but full M/BODY believer!) .
Jesse gave the best advice and I hope you take in every word, she couldn’t have said it better.

Ali!! This is incredible!! While I understand the pull to the challenge (and the must/complusive/have to/guilt blah, blah, blah, hi it’s me) I cannot say enough that I need you to see it, own it, and let it go. You are moving your body. You are creating your own ultra challenge. You are doing enough. You are enough. Now go badass warrior the shit out of your half marathon training. So proud of you. 😘💛
