Definitely seated or floor twists for the low back. The one with the bent leg across the other and arms like a goal post. I’m also know to randomly start bouncing like a rabbit or shaking for that nervous system reset like we do at the beginning of most classes :)

Brianne..thank you for sharing your truth.
