Absolutely fantastic class. The weight combo took me to the max in such a strengthening and empowering way. Loved all the new choreo and up, down and balance work.

I feel like I keep saying this with every 45-60 that comes out; I loved this class. I am drawn to seek full body classes and crave novelty and variety. I am also someone who also needs to slow down and center, and yes, lean into the discomfort. The familiar moves and the balance of physical challenges that m/body brings in classes like these allow for this possibility. I found myself leaning into creativity and curiousity with less criticism and comparison of self to self because of the way this class is structured and supported. I also felt strong and energized and joyful while dancing. Especially for the new formation and choreo for the barre series; it felt so good to learn and give in completely to something new. And have to say, the surprise kick dance was the best, thank you!
