And each body and each cycle is different! But in general higher energy phases go with higher intensity workouts and improved mood (thanks hormones) hello 60 min sig and sweat classes, and lower energy phases with lower mood do better with sculpt and stretch classes. I went on a rant there but it is so interesting to me and has helped me to not blame me for my body being a body.

I relate very much to this. One thing that has helped me to have more compassion for my body and varying energy levels, physical strength, and moods in response to movement is cycle tracking. Each phase brings different energy levels and our bodies are doing their best to respond to the shifts while our minds attach mental toughness or physical strength to it. Sincing the type of workout to what phase I am in helps very much and takes away the tendency to make it about a personal deficit or weakness,

This class blew me away. I felt elegant, graceful, and strong. It will let your mind be calm and you will only be able to focus on one thing, connecting to your body. I am in bliss right now, so relaxed. And so sweaty ๐Ÿ˜‰
