So good I came back to it within a few days. Even better the second time, and that glute set?! Sooo good!! Fire and endurance meet predictably and create change internally with mental connections, and then there is external change (oh hello legs and πŸ‘ , looking niiice).

Congratulations Amanda!!!

When my heart is heavy I seek grounding classes with low impact. Mostly floor flows (in the 20 and 30 sections), planks and push-ups (20s). I also like any standing barre series for brain work to get my head into movement and out of my thoughts when I am finding myself without the energy and enthusiasm needed for bouncing joy. Dancers Legs classes are great for this and anything with barre in the title aka badass ballerina classes (20s and 30s sections)
