Hi Costanza! I donโ€™t believe that Marnie uses balas on her ankles in any classes (correct me if Iโ€™m wrong fam, Iโ€™m fairly sure!) She has said feel free to add them though for some low impact classes.

I love this class and did it twice within the first few days of it coming out. Like a speedy signature with all the props. Cardio dance of course (hello TSwift), then weighted lunges to prep before barre and floor glutes. Have your ball inflated to the consistency you like best because itโ€™s going between the legs and under the feet. So good!!

I came back to this one for two reasons. 1, is that itโ€™s challenging physically and mentally for me. 2, is so that I could try it with lighter weights for better form and more opportunity for joy and focus on movement instead of gritting my teeth and wishing it over. Highly recommend.

I am somehow becoming a hacker (as the least tech savvy person on the planet) and logging in as admin to change this title to โ€œDanni Tribute Signatureโ€ (we love you so much D!!๐Ÿค). This class is an energetic joyful celebration of 3yrs of M/BODY online and 5yrs of the joy that is Danni. The playlist includes her favorite dance/car sing along worthy songs, familiar cardio dance that welcomes freestyle, and a standing barre series with the ball that will freaking torch your legs. For real. The entire length of them. This is an amazing class and the effort that Marnie put into making the energy match that of her #1 girl is palpable. Go take this class!!

This little class is a true cardio burner! Channeling kickboxing and hitting your highest and lowest marks (all internally driven, and I promise if you push yourself you WILL be challenged โ€”> change and badass strength).

Fantastic class!! Fun cardio dance series with extra jacks and cardio bursts laced in. Itโ€™s all done to Britney esque music to boost your mood and give you extra bounce. Equipment free with a killer wide second series that is seriously challenging aka growth inducing if you let yourself ride the waves of it. Floor glutes with lunges and abs with leg extensions and so much sweat and face grinning.

I love this class! The option to take your lunges to new depth and get knee to the ground was the best challenge; and also a reminder that at any point you can self motivate increasing your work. This method will never be mastered because of this and will always be fresh. Done it twice since the live and will come back again for sure!

Wow. I am a bit redundant here and completely agree with the fam comments below. This one is a true arm challenge. I dropped to 2lbs for those beginning killer Tina Turner elongated arm extensions and even had to pause and drop for a few seconds (hard for my stubborn self to admit). I loved the incorporation of lower body moves and the arm dance portions of the second half of class. It helped to take away from the mental cringing and physical difficulty of the beginning portion. Humbled me for sure.
