I came back to this class after reading the comments below about 80s montage (so fun!). This one has a lighter feel during cardio and weights and a lovely stretch; you’ll feel all, wow this is doable and easy! Then BAM. Marnie comes for your legs with serious barre fire. Barre Burn at its best!

Mary-Ellen you amazing inspiring fierce human. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I had to read this and put my phone down to attempt to shove down the emotions this topic brings; this strength you show that humbles me and forces me to acknowledge I’m not there. I’m going to keep trying, of course, and am forever inspired by strength like this. You are beautiful.

Congratulations Amanda!! What beautiful boys! Our sweet Ellie passed this winter and we were ready a month ago to have George join our family. He’s 12 weeks and an English Shepherd, and oh my goodness, isn’t the joy and renewed purpose it brings the most amazing thing?

This class is perfect for lower energy days when you need some grounding with some heat. Exactly what I needed today.

WOW. This one has some true barre challenges that bring it. Dig deep, it’s in there.

Signature 62 is a forever fave for all of the amazing choreo sequences! I am allowing myself to only post one fave, step away Virgo, step away.

I did some digging and I think I found no - to very easily avoidable if I missed it - wide second classes. <30 Sculpt 94, Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 224 and 168, Barre Sweat 218 and 138. <20 Booty and Back 163, Barre Sculpt 130abd 136, Floor Core 73. Plus any of the <20 Ab and Floor Flow classes I believe!

This class has super unique moves and order. Joyful extra salsa-esque dance and as our sweet Beata says so many hip circles, and some serious burn in wide second and parallel and first (you’ve been warned). No traditional parallel or side lunges but instead stretchy burney standing split series. No weights, no push-ups. Somehow we get to do floor glutes AND a quickly killer standing barre series.
