Oh my gosh, what FUN!! This is the perfect summer holiday workout. Bouncy dancing joy and the best playlist. Such dynamic barre work with a focus on rhythmic flow and heart rate. Those hover thighs always do me in and it was a challenge I found I could welcome after the pace of the first part of class. 45 Sig and target classes are my fave. I loved it and will definitely be doing it again very soon!

Wow, power sculpt vibes with a focus on connection through balance; I really liked this. The mini ball move was so wiggly, lots of touchdowns for me especially on my non dominant standing leg. Which tells me there is definitely room for growth. I always love a stand to floor series and this one had several. Thank you for always being so innovative and intentional with choreography!

I loved the dancing lunges in this one, unique and fun to strike a pose and salsa. And dancing broadway kicks 😍 It always amazes me how effective the classic barre work with a bent leg and no weights works the hamstring and glute muscle and there’s been some repeating of this move in series in recent classes. The repetition is making the connection easier to find, and also even more fiery the more you do it. The flowy planks into side leg lifts with a focus on orange and core muscles more than legs shifted my focus in a cool way. Great class!

This is a fiery floor abs and arms, wow I felt them during those 4 sets of 8. I love loved the side plank series and the new ball moves. I really had to tune in to make sure my alignment was on point. The balance of ease and flow to start and then fire and push to finish was so intentional and supportive.

Any recommendations for a book on understanding the vagus nerve and supporting its function?

This is a special one. I’ve done it twice and both times I was left so fulfilled; calm and present from the balanced full body experience. Bouncy dancing joy and flow and firey can I do it push moments and grounding encouraging messages throughout. That meditation and post class chat was so appreciated. Loved it!

This may sound weird but I’ve noticed a big difference when it’s cooler in the room and I’m not sweaty. The ball slides out more in winter months. It also does that if it isn’t direct skin contact. It sticks to skin way better than slippery leggings (especially behind the knee). If I am warm/sweaty (I don’t drip much, tmi, but I imagine super sweatiness and the ball would really go flying!) and the ball and room are warm and I’m wearing shorts nice and low and no shirt I don’t have issues.

Hi, I also do what Faith describes and it has been great. Know that you can always drop to lower or increase to higher as long as you’re tuned into your form and listening to your body. I love how you know that it’s not right or wrong to do one or the other. It’s a customizable mix of low, higher, and no weights that serve a purpose just like all the flavors of classes. It’s fun to chose and change based on how you’re feeling, your energy, and the moves.

Have fun!
