Yepp, I revisited this one in May. It has been such a rainy and cloudy period over here, so I thought I'd cheer and warm myself up with a little bit of Holiday Marnie Magic. Best decision of my day for sure. Hardcore arm series! The most fun dance combos. And I'll probably feel my abs tomorrow. Also, I love finishing a class by holding a plank. Holiday classes during summer rock! ps. Marnie's closing words and pieces of advice at the end are going to stay with me for a while. HAVE FUN, you guys all year long!!!

So much unnecessary bullshit got thrown at me these past few days, I needed a familiar flow that I can execute with confidence. This was the perfect choice! I LOVE this class more and more each time I do it!!!

Doubling the balls really leveled up the scuplty feeling in my abs. Every muscle in my legs awakened. What a fun playground session!

Those pliés at the beginning while warming up the calves were so much fun. And it felt so healing when we pulled our thighs together at the barre leg-lift section. The incorporated stretches are always needed, that's one of the most significant reasons I love the signature classes so much. The abs series were impossible for me at this point in time😂🔥. Fun playlist!

It has been a minute since I've done a signature workout, and it felt so good to be part of today's live with this rockin' playlist. Usually, I'm thriving through the jump series, but today my body signaled to back it off a little bit. On the other hand, I'm usually stretching during push-ups😅, yet today I could easily do 12 of them on my toes! Every day is different.

Speaking of butterflies, this quote just appeared on my phone: the secret is not to chase butterflies but to take care of the garden so they'll come to you. 🦋🦋🦋

Marnie, thank you so much for the bonus flow yesterday and for taking the time to honor our requests. I'm still learning, but I believe my body needs a lot of additional stretches in order to keep up with the sculpt and sweat and your stretch flows are so different than anything else on youtube. I can always feel the intentionality behind them and it's amazing how safely designed they are while we don't waste a second even when it gets really slow. I appreciate all classes, but especially stretches, they're all magic. THANK YOU!

This one is great when you want to be really gentle with your lower body, but would like to gain strenght and release some tension in your upper body. I love how step by step we warm up every inch in our arms and shoulders and by the time you realize, you already got your sweat on during those busy days. Don't overthink, just press play 😉
