This class is one of my faves, it only incorporates the very basic signature moves, and they are so meditative. If you are looking for an arm sculpt video, this one is for you. I can barely keep up my arms without using any additional weights. And the bridge choreography at the end sets your glutes on fire. I highly highly recommend it!

This video is full of exciting new moves and longer dance combos which really acitvated not only my lower body but my wandering mind, too. If you're looking for a healing, low impact workout this is one of the best ones. Those stretches towards the end will make your day, I promise.

I loved how simple and powerful this class was. I didn’t have to think about the movements, and it felt so good to get a quick sweat on and connect with my body again! I really miss irl opportunities with Marnie and the fam.
