You are so brave, and powerful in the most gentle, kind way. I adore your loyalty and genuine spirit. One of the reasons this space is so special is because of your input. Thank you for always having my back!

Oh, dear, I am so sorry for this... That really sucks! BUT, I am glad that your foot is on its way to recover. Please cheer us on, I need you here! And we'll also cheer you on. Try those stretch classes and modify them as much as you have to. That could work, and spending time with Marnie and the fam will hopefully make you heal faster...

If you feel like there's so much traffic in your head, please do yourself a favor and click on this joyful video. It is powerful and so easy to follow, those cheerful xmas songs and Marnie's uplifting spirit really put me into a carefree holiday mode! Thank you @marniealton for listening to our requests and creating this bundle of joy! Miss you already!

Deep breaths girls! Please try not to stress about it too much although I am sure it created a lot of unnecessary extra work. It is so scary and awful, and it might feel like they took away your voice, but they didn't! You'll get these forums back, and in the meantime this community board is more valuable than ever. Fingers crossed they won't do any more harm to you. Love you!

You can find all the bouncy high-impact dance choreography, such as the slow burn low impact sculpt at the barre during this violet class. This is a mostly standing 45 minutes balanced workout, which gave me the possibility to really let some burdens roll off my shoulders. What a beautiful heart opener Marnie-therapy sesh. Look no further when choosing a workout!

I don't have any precise tips for you because I am such an evening workout person, but looking for shorter classes when I feel unmotivated helps a lot. And habits can be changed, slowly but firmly. I managed to shift so many habits in the past 2 and a half years that I never thought are possible. So you can do this, just keep coming back to your goals! And we are here to cheer you on!
