Better late than never! I cut my hair short a few months ago and it’s SO FUN working out with short hair!! I just let it be loose and wild 😜 Any one else make any changes to their body or routine lately?

This challenge could not come at a better time! I have let my health take a backseat as a priority and I’m so excited to focus on my needs! I’m overflowing with joy 🥰

I’m on vacation on the West Coast for the first time! Couldn’t pass up the opportunity to post an M/Body selfie. I feel so close to the West Coast fam! 🎉🥰 I did m/170 for a quick workout and I feel so energized and powerful 💖

I never thought I’d be able to do a challenge with M/Body but I am so grateful and inspired from the last 2.5 months. I feel so welcomed in this community and my gratitude is brimming. I can’t wait to keep feeling everyone’s energy in the lives, and doing little things for my mental and physical health every day! 🥰

Finally came across something that just took my breath away and I felt the need to share it for the something beautiful challenge! Oh my goodness there’s nothing like seeing spring flowers after a dreary winter. Especially in an urban area where so much is gray, I turned the corner on our afternoon walk and was just gobsmacked. I hope these images bring you all joy, and remind you that even the bleakest of situations can bloom into something beautiful.

Hey everyone! My goals are largely about reconnecting with my artistic side! Any other artists on here?

(And drinking less! Definitely let that escalate in the pandemic. Feel very embarassed to share, but putting it out there for anyone else who can relate!)
