This was such an emotional class for me when we did it live. It still makes me feel all kinds of feelings. I really recommend this class if you need to release something from your heart: pain, frustration, sadness, fear (or if you need to spread some happiness and joy to those around you!).  This class will OPEN you up! And if you bawl as hard as I did at the end, then something that needed to come out definitely did!  <3 

Yesss I’m so sad the challenge is ending! I love these 60 day challenges, I so look forward to each day even when I can’t make it work! everyone being in it together fills me with so much joy.

My heart is so happy!  On weekdays, I can do only early morning evening after work.  But Sunday I'm free anytime!  If anyone wants to do a brunch afterwards too you know I'm in <3 

Oh my god!!!!! I am crying I’m so happy. I can’t wait to see you all IRL! The 12th is better for me personally, I start grad school the weekend of the 26th. But I can make Sunday the 27th work so not all is lost if that’s better for the fam!!

Oh my goodness Jessica I am so sorry to hear of this loss in your life. I am praying to the universe to care for your friend and her babies, and it is so clear she must have a beautiful network of support given that you are in it, and from what you have said about her husband. He clearly survived in September 2001 to be alive for those children he rescued, and that is a miracle. Sending you so much love ❤️

Amanda I have two go-tos! One of my biggest favorites is putting on Vitamin String Quartet Radio. Something about their music being covers gives my brain something to look for and listen to actively which helps with my anxiety. And you can always tailor a playlist if you’re looking for more melodical (they do a lot of fantasy movie covers) or pop/modern. But it’s all string covers! Secondly, and this may not be what you’re looking for, but if I’m having some real heavy anxiety, I will find binaural music on YouTube or Spotify. The way the sound waves work is supposedly very good for rewiring your brain, kind of like how a good stretch does for your nervous system! Hope these help love!!!
