A lifetime ago, my husband and I were involved with pet assisted therapy at a local children’s shelter. I’m in the “Dogs make everything better” camp. I love that you’re doing this!

Surprise, surprise, I’m nearly sobbing watching this. I just marked 5 years without one of the greatest canine loves of my life and nearly a year since my 15-1/2 year-old Pattie/Boxer boy left us. Dogs make everything better and boy do I love a girl who brings a dog to class! I’ve had to release an amazing foster before and it tore me up. Oh, and awesome workout, Marn!

Megan Higgins Agreed. For at least a year, I have done more heavy lifting workouts than M/Body and I miss Marnie desperately. No trainer brings me the joy, kicks my ass, or makes me feel safe the way Marnie does! But at 56, I gotta get those heavy weights in.

For the most selfish reasons, I implore you to do more workouts like this. I squealed with joy when I saw this workout with heavier weights. M/Body workouts are the gold standard for me. Nobody does it like Marnie, but as a 56 year-old menopausal woman, I have weaned down to only 1 M/Body workout per week and turned to heavy lifting workouts instead. This latest workout is the perfect marriage of both and I had my booty kicked in the best way. Thank you! 😘🙏🙌

Thank you! This is very helpful. I’ve been using a slightly deflated Pilates ball but finally decided to treat myself to M/Body merch. 🎉

Just came to say that I have been there with my own child when he was a teenager. I will never forget how he behaved for at least 2-3 years or the gross misrepresentation/delusion he had about his family, HOWEVER, with a amazing therapists, time, maturity, patience, letting go, lessons learned, and medication (him), our relationship has turned a 180 and I have my sweet boy back. My husband and I learned to keep quiet and non reactive, to be present, and to be good listeners as much as humanly possible. We really had to play the long game and it paid off. It's so hard to see your child in great pain and unable to regulate, but don't give up! You are not alone in this experience and I wish you peace.
