Never have I ever regretted doing an M/body session - no matter how tired I am before, I always feel 1000 times more energised and grateful afterwards. My third time doing this class and always coming back to it 💜

This one was so balanced and good! I am currently recovering after being sick and starting with only 20 minutes to slowly get my energy and power back, so this one was just the perfect workout for me! Loved every bit of it, thank you <3
