This is the perfect super balanced short workout that will leave you so energised and calm at the same time 💜

I know I say this after every new class, but this one is definitely my favorite session! So thankful for how you always incorporate new things into our routine, so we keep challenging ourselves and don't get stuck at one place. A strength training was exactly what I was missing! Will be coming back to this a lot and with different weights <3
