This class is one of my all time favorites to come back to! I am very tight in my chest and neck, so doing this one with the focused choreography aand these stretches with the ball releases all the pain and helps so much with my posture. LOVE IT! <3

Once I started choosing 60 minutes over shortes sessions I've noticed my fear of these longer more intense workout dissapeared and I began mastering them minute for minute. I loved this one - it was like one big dance flow <3
