Oh dear Marnie, thank you so much for this one! I've been having some stressful couple of weeks and getting used to the altitude here in Mexico it's a real challenge for my physical state. So I'm sticking to the 20 minute or 30 minute sessions, just to give my body time to tune in. This stretch was such an amazing way to let my hips relax and feel them with blood. Love it!

This session is everything I needed! Because my back muscles are not that supportive yet, I tend to hunch forward and my chest gets tight and closed up. So tight, that my hand starts to hurt. But this work opened it all, I'm adding it to my Favs. Love it!!
