Thank you Whitney! Yes, Iโ€˜ve also heard that it shouldnโ€™t be longer than a few days, but every body is so different. Itโ€™s my fifth day now and itโ€™s slowly starting to get better. But hydrating and sleeping are the two most powerful tools.

Thank you for your tips Lindsey!! Real selfcare does wonders to the body while fighting the virus and not being able to go out doesnโ€™t leave you any other choice than resting and slowing everything down. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Thank you Steph!! Itโ€™s not a pleasant experience at all, especially the first few days, but I feel like Iโ€˜m slowly recovering. You really did catch up quickly after being sick! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ So hopefully couple days more and I will get there ๐Ÿ’œ

thank you so much for the comments! Yes, for me are the first two days too much, after that I get my energy back and Iโ€˜m able to do a long workout. Thank you Monique for the tip - I will try out the Happy Hips next time, when I have cramps. The good thing is we already have a free day on this board, so I will be able to catch up!
