I just listened to the glucose q & a.

Thank you for that input, I always find it very helpful!

So this morning we went out on the boat, got that sunlight, got nature, saw a lot of dolphins. But I also had a cappuccino and a croissant.

Perfect harmony 🌈 for me.

There is this saying in German:

the dose makes the poison.

Which I love, because it is so true….
