this one is awesome!! flag for my recently postpartum mamas or anyone with wrist issues. It is wrist heavy for sure! But if your wrists are in good shape, it's so juicy, sweaty, terrific. I loved it!

I accidentally did this back-to-back (a real foggy morning brain!) but it ended up being a great testament to how things change even after just a few days. My body wanted to do different versions of different moves and I felt powerful and engaged both times. Marnie talks about this in the workout so it felt a bit serendipitous that way ;) If you are long legs short torso like me, you may like using yoga blocks for the leg series - I found those really helped!

This one was SUPER sweaty - I don't think I was totally prepared for the intensity!! If you do a yoga practice, you may love bringing in blocks for some of the inversions. I found they really helped me. Great class, thanks Marnie x
