Hey all! I am slowly getting back into exercise now that I am four months postpartum. I had a very cute 20 minute workout today with my LO where she watched from her bouncy chair smiling at me the whole time 🥰 it felt so good!!

I would love to hear what low impact (mostly) standing workouts you love as I wasn’t able to exercise throughout the majority of my pregnancy and as a result, have missed a solid year of M/Body! Any gems from the last 12 months (or in general) as I ease back into things?

And also, for my fellow mamas who know what it’s like to have your boobs suddenly hit your belly button…what sports bras are we wearing?! My old ones aren’t up to the task anymore 😂

I was able to do my first workout today in about three months due to a very rough start to my pregnancy! So nice to have some energy back and be able to ease back into exercise - I missed it. The pregnancy filter is great, but would love to hear any other pregnancy faves from the mamas in the group :)

Hey all! Recovering from our first bout of winter gastro + feeling very fatigued...what workouts do you love that ease you back in after being sick / or even just generally fatigued and not quite up to it?

Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge!! I did 5x weekly, always fitting in at least one longer class and am feeling so good about it. Going to try to maintain this as long as I can through winter!

coming on to commit to the challenge! This will be my first challenge since I became pregnant with my first child (who's now a toddler!). My goals are:

  • 5x weekly workouts

  • 1x 45 or 60 minute class per week

  • join one live (which I also haven't done since giving birth!)

Excited for everyone who is participating!

I was wondering what the technique is for not feeling pressure in your knee when on the ball at the barre? Is it putting more weight in the heel? I find I can never quite crack this!
