Um, so this is not an easy ask! Sooo many favorites!! That said, here are the few that I for sure have to mention:
<20 Full Body Express/260 When I don’t have a lot of time but want to hit all the thing, this is *always* my go to. Such a great, comprehensive workout in just 20 minutes!
<30 1) Sweat and Stretch/389 Such a cool combination of cardio and gooey stretch (which I love). Love that Marnie continues to find new ways to mix and match the sculpt, sweat, and stretch we all crave!
2) Cardio Sculpt/274 I can bring all the feels to this class and I am always able to clean it out and leave it on the mat. Some days I really need this and every time I really love this. I always come away from this one feeling detoxed, genuinely renewed and refreshed.
<45 1) Posture Sweat/219 I love a posture class and the moves/combinations help me stay in the moment even as the sweat drips down!
2) Slow Sculpt/402 Really meditative, asking those smaller, supportive muscles to wake up and bring the balance. I love just losing myself in this one and coming out 45 minutes later feeling hella strong!
<60 Too many to list! I’ll just say Tay (351) and Bey (206) because the themes are so fun and keep me dancing through the shaking muscles!
