Favorite are the quick 20-30min bc I start with resistance training with a different app and then finish off with a 20-30min workout with Marnie. It helps to round out my workouts and my mind.

That was absolutely magnificent! I didn’t even have a chair and it was magic! It was very difficult but also super fun! I loved the mantra at the end, “letting go and becoming your truth”
