Another challenge in the books!! I absolutely thrive when we have a challenge. I love when I get to the gym and don’t need to think about what I’m going to do. It is already set and ready!
To be honest, I didn’t complete the wellness activities. This is something I am finding that I struggle with the most and I’m not sure why. I know that it is important, but I don’t seem to prioritize it as I do as getting to the gym. I think I need to focus on the wellness part of the challenge, now that the exercise part is done. I just need a swift kick in the rear to get myself to do it!! lol!
Congratulations to all who participated!! You all did amazing 🤩!!

Congratulations to everyone!! I completed all of the workouts however I did not complete even half of the daily activities. I’ve had some major changes in my professional life and the daily workouts were exactly what I needed. I love being able to look on the board and having a specific workout planned! When other areas of my life are crazy at least that can stay consistent!! Congratulations everyone! You all are amazing creatures and I’m so happy to be part of this fabulous community!!

Hi everyone! I did the craziest thing and booked a cruise from Barcelona to Italy Oct 7-14, prior to the retreat in Italy. I’ve been hesitant to ask but thought I’d go ahead and invite anyone that is interested to join me. I have always wanted to travel and since I am already going to Italy I thought this would extend my once in a lifetime experience! Lmk if you are interested and I can send you the deets! I’m not sure how many challenges we have completed in the last almost 3 hrs virtually, but this one was one of the hardest for me. I completed all classes but I completely fell off of the wellness activities and I definitely could tell a difference. When you engage in ALL aspects of the challenge, it is more rewarding and almost easier to do the physical activities. This I will remember for all future challenges. Thank you for constantly teaching us about the importance of health and self love 💕.

I cannot believe we are finished! I'm happy and sad at the same time because I had so much damn fun!! 🙃 I think I was more grounded and focused during this challenge!! Totally ready for the next!! Great job 👏 everyone!!

I wanted to share how greatful I am for MBODY and this amazing platform. I have so much going on at work right now. We have an audit of one of our COVID trials, major staffing changes and recent new additions to my roll at work. Marnie and this platform has helped me to remember that "I can do hard things," and to take on this new challenges as "new opportunities for growth!" Thank you everyone!!!! 💓 ☺️ I am beyond greatful!

I honestly love all of the workouts, but looking through, I think #69 45min abs and glutes was a kicker!!

Something scary: I have difficulty with speaking in public or even on Zoom. I've been working on this a lot lately, as it is needed for my position at work. I've been working on grounding myself and breathing. Also having a post it saying "I Am Enough," because I am. I'll keep working on this! Work in progress ✨️

My workout today was absolutely beautiful! My rest day was yesterday, which I needed so so much! The rest allowed me to have this gorgeous 😍 workout!! Thank you for helping me feel beautiful daily!!
