This is the 2nd time for me doing this class in the last 2 weeks bc I love it so much. I love the balance in the middle of the floor. Legs are on fire 🔥. Now to the hip stretch class!!

Woohoo! Another Magical Callenge!

I’m not sure how many challenges we have completed in the last almost 3 hrs virtually, but this one was one of the hardest for me. I completed all classes but I completely fell off of the wellness activities and I definitely could tell a difference. When you engage in ALL aspects of the challenge, it is more rewarding and almost easier to do the physical activities. This I will remember for all future challenges. Thank you for constantly teaching us about the importance of health and self love 💕.
